Effective Date: January 1, 2025
These Terms of Service set out the conditions and procedures for using FOREST AG405 services.
Article 1 (Purpose)
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the rights, obligations, responsibilities, and other necessary matters between FOREST AG405 (the "Company") and users in connection with the use of the services (the "Services") provided through the website (the "Site") operated by the Company.
Article 2 (Definitions)
① "Site" means the virtual space established by the Company using computers and other information and communications facilities in order to provide the Services. ② "User" means a Member or non-member who accesses the Site and uses the Services provided by the Company in accordance with these Terms. ③ "Member" means a person who has provided personal information to the Site and completed member registration, and who may continuously use the Services provided by the Site.
Article 3 (Disclosure and Amendment of the Terms)
① The Company shall post the content of these Terms on the initial screen of the Site so that users can easily become aware of it. ② The Company may amend these Terms to the extent that it does not violate relevant laws and regulations. ③ Where the Company amends these Terms, it shall give notice, together with the current Terms, on the initial screen of the Site from 7 days before the effective date until the day before the effective date, specifying the effective date and the reason for the amendment.
Article 4 (Provision and Change of Services)
① The Company provides the following services. - Arboretum admission ticket reservation service - Program reservation service - Facility rental and wedding inquiry service - Accommodation reservation service - Other services determined by the Company ② Where the Company changes the content of a Service, it shall give notice on the Site of the changed content and the date of provision.
Article 5 (Suspension of Services)
① The Company may temporarily suspend the provision of the Services in the event of maintenance, inspection, replacement, or breakdown of computers or other information and communications facilities, or interruption of communications. ② The Company may restrict or temporarily suspend the provision of the Services in the event that it is unable to provide the Services due to a natural disaster or force majeure equivalent thereto.
Article 6 (Membership Registration)
① A user applies for membership registration by entering member information in accordance with the registration form prescribed by the Company and expressing agreement to these Terms. ② The Company registers as a Member any user who has applied for membership registration under paragraph ① unless the user falls under any of the following: - The applicant has previously lost membership status under these Terms - The registered content contains false statements, omissions, or errors - Registering the applicant as a Member is otherwise determined to significantly impede the Company's operations
Article 7 (Withdrawal and Loss of Membership)
① A Member may request withdrawal from the Company at any time, and the Company shall immediately process the withdrawal. ② Where a Member falls under any of the following, the Company may restrict or suspend the Member's status: - Registering false information at the time of application for membership - Interfering with another person's use of the Services or misappropriating another person's information, thereby threatening the order of electronic commerce - Engaging in conduct that laws or these Terms prohibit or that is contrary to public order and good morals, using the Services
Article 8 (Reservations and Payment)
① A Member may reserve admission tickets, programs, accommodations, and other items through the reservation services provided on the Site. ② Payment is made after a reservation is completed, and the payment method follows the method determined by the Company. ③ Cancellation of a reservation and any refund follow the Company's refund policy.
Article 9 (Cancellation and Refunds)
① Upon cancellation of a reservation, the refund rules are as follows. - Up to 3 days before the visit date: 100% refund - Up to 1 day before the visit date: 50% refund - On the day of the visit or thereafter: no refund ② In the case of cancellation due to a natural disaster or a cause attributable to the Company, a full refund shall be made. ③ Pursuant to Article 17 of the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, Etc., a user may withdraw a subscription within 7 days from the date of payment, and for intangible goods, the portion of the Service for which provision has not yet commenced shall be refunded on a pro rata daily basis. Whichever of this paragraph and paragraph ① is more favorable to the user shall apply. ④ Detailed matters such as the application, procedure, and time required for refunds shall be determined separately in the "Refund Policy."
Article 9-2 (Service Provision Period)
① "Service Provision Period" means the maximum time required from the point of a user's payment to the point at which the Service provided by the Company is completed. ② The standard provision periods for the Services provided by the Company are as follows. - Reservation application → operator confirmation: up to 1–2 business days - Reservation confirmation → visit date: within a maximum of 30 days from the date of application - Visit date → completion of Service: the operating hours of the relevant item (e.g., general admission: 1 day; Rodem House: 1 night or more) ③ Detailed provision periods for each item are separately indicated on the respective item's detail page.
Article 10 (Protection of Personal Information)
The Company establishes and complies with a Privacy Policy in order to protect users' personal information. Please refer to the Privacy Policy for further details.
Article 11 (Obligations of the Company)
① The Company shall not engage in conduct prohibited by laws or these Terms or contrary to public order and good morals, and shall make its best efforts to provide the Services continuously and stably as prescribed by these Terms. ② The Company shall maintain a security system to protect personal information (including credit information) so that users may use the Services safely.
Article 12 (Obligations of Users)
Users shall not engage in any of the following conduct. - Registering false information when applying or making changes - Misappropriating another person's information - Altering information posted by the Company - Transmitting or posting information (such as computer programs) other than information designated by the Company - Infringing the copyright or other intellectual property rights of the Company or any third party - Damaging the reputation of, or interfering with the business of, the Company or any third party - Disclosing or posting on the Site obscene or violent messages, images, audio, or other information contrary to public order and good morals
Article 13 (Dispute Resolution)
① The Company shall establish and operate a customer service center to reflect legitimate opinions or complaints raised by users and to process compensation for any resulting damage. ② Disputes arising between the Company and users shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea.
Addendum
These Terms shall take effect on May 5, 2026.
